Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Fellow Pros is operated, developed, and supported by 63 SOLUTIONS INC, a corporation organized under the laws of Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains how 63 SOLUTIONS INC(“63 SOLUTIONS INC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit fellowpros.com, sign up for aFellow Pros account, or use our web and mobile software (together, the “Service”).
If you are a technician, dispatcher, or other team member using the Service because your employer or client invited you, please also see “Our role as a data processor” below — your employer’s (the account holder’s) own privacy notice may also apply to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Account & business information
When you or your business signs up, we collect information like your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, and login credentials. If you invite team members, we collect their name, email, phone number, and assigned role (owner, admin, dispatcher, sales, or technician).
Customer records you store in the Service
Fellow Pros lets your business store information about your own customers — for example names, contact details, service addresses, leads, job and appointment details, estimates, invoices, and job/estimate/ invoice history. This data belongs to your business; we process it on your behalf. See “Our role as a data processor” below.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe(via Stripe Connect). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment details directly, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We may store limited payment metadata needed to operate the Service — for example payment status, amount, date, and a payment ledger tied to an invoice.
Device, usage & log information
Like most software, we automatically collect some technical information when you use the Service — for example IP address, browser or device type, operating system, pages or screens viewed, and timestamps of activity.
Push notification & mobile app data
Our field-tech mobile app can send you notifications (for example when an estimate is approved or declined, or an invoice is paid) using your device’s web-push permissions. This requires a device/browser push token, which we store to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device or browser settings.
Calls, text messages & recordings
If your business uses our calling and texting feature, we provision a dedicated business phone number for you through our telephony provider, Twilio, so your team can call and text your customers from one number. In connection with that feature we process:
- The phone numbers involved in a call or message — your assigned number, your team members’ numbers, and your customers’ numbers.
- Call metadata: date, time, direction, duration, and outcome (answered, missed, voicemail).
- The content of text messages sent and received through the Service, and their delivery status.
- Voicemail recordings, and — only where your business has enabled call recording — recordings of calls. [TODO: confirm whether call recording will ship at all; if it does not, delete every reference to it here and in the Terms rather than leaving it as a hypothetical.]
- [TODO: if transcription of calls or voicemails is offered, disclose it here and name the transcription vendor.]
Calls and messages are carried by Twilio and by mobile carriers, who process this data under their own terms and may retain records independently of us. Message and call content is not encrypted end to end, and carriers can access it.
Recording consent is your responsibility. Some states require the consent of every party on a call before it may be recorded. If your business enables recording, you are responsible for providing any required notice and obtaining any required consent. See our Terms of Service.
Communications
If you contact us for support, through our contact form, or by email, we collect what you send us — including your contact details and the content of the message — so we can respond.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service (scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoicing, inventory, and related workflows).
- To process payments through our payment processor, Stripe.
- To send account, job, and payment-related notifications by email and push notification.
- To carry, deliver, and log the calls and text messages your business sends and receives through its assigned number, and to make that history available to your team.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and multi-tenant isolation of the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- [TODO: if you use aggregated/anonymized usage data to improve the product, describe that here — do not claim analytics you don’t actually run.]
3. Our role as a data processor
For the customer records a business stores in Fellow Pros (its own customers’ names, contact details, job history, and similar data), the business using our Service is the data controller and63 SOLUTIONS INC acts as a data processor (or “service provider”/“processor” under applicable state and other privacy laws), handling that data only to provide the Service and as instructed by the business. For account-level information about the business and its team (sign-up details, billing, login activity), 63 SOLUTIONS INC acts as the data controller.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf to run the Service — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our telephony provider (Twilio), our hosting provider, and email/notification delivery providers.
- Telephone carriers. Calls and text messages you send through the Service are handed to Twilio and to mobile carriers to be delivered. They handle that traffic under their own terms and may keep their own records of it.
- Legal & safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 63 SOLUTIONS INC, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent. Any other sharing you direct or approve.
5. Data security
Each business’s data is logically isolated in our multi-tenant system so one account cannot access another’s records. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain account and customer-record data for as long as the account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, security, or backup purposes. [TODO: specify a concrete retention period, e.g. “X days/months after account closure,” once decided.]
Call logs, message content, voicemail, and any call recordings are retained [TODO: specify a period — recordings in particular deserve a shorter, explicit window than general account data, and counsel should weigh state wiretap/recording law before you choose it]. Twilio and carriers keep their own records under their own retention schedules, which we do not control.
7. Your data is yours
Businesses can request an export or deletion of their account and customer-record data by contacting us. [TODO: describe any self-service export/deletion tools in the product, and the timeline for honoring deletion requests after account closure.]
8. Cookies & similar technologies
Our website uses only the cookies or local storage strictly necessary to operate the site (for example remembering your dark/light mode preference).
9. Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
10. Children’s privacy
Fellow Pros is a business tool intended for use by adults running or working at a business. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. International users
[TODO: if the Service is offered outside the United States, describe where data is stored/processed and the legal basis for any international transfers (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR standard contractual clauses). If the Service is US-only today, state that instead.]
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. [TODO: counsel to confirm which laws currently apply to the business (e.g. CCPA/CPRA for California residents, other state privacy laws, GDPR/UK GDPR) based on where customers and end users are located and applicable thresholds, and tailor this section accordingly.] To exercise a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before responding.
13. Links to other sites
The Service may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control, including Stripe. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to those third parties — please review their own privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide additional notice [TODO: describe how — e.g. email or in-app notice].
